Skopje Multi-Use Complex

Limak’s project in North Macedonia, the Skopje Multiple-Use Superstructure Project, is an ambitious endeavor that will significantly enhance the city’s infrastructure and urban landscape.

The complex, 323,000 square meters, will feature shopping malls, multi-storey car parks, a hotel, offices, and residential apartments, revitalizing the historical city center of Skopje.

Prota’s involvement in the project, providing services for geotechnical and excavation design, tunnel engineering, steel and concrete structural engineering, as well as BoQ and technical specification preparation, highlights their expertise in delivering complex and multifaceted construction projects.

The completion of the full complex is expected by 2023, promising a new era for Skopje’s city center.
