Gulluk Central Building Renovation

Prota conducted the earthquake assessment, performance analysis, and retrofitting design preparation for the Turkish Telecommunication telecom central, data center, and administration building in the heart of Antalya city. The building’s critical nature required strengthening while maintaining its functionality. To achieve this, floor-by-floor analyses were conducted, and the building’s earthquake performance was enhanced using a steel system. As a result, highly specialized technological solutions tailored to this building were developed.

• Preparation of architectural and E&M renovation designs
• Preparation of BoQ, technical specifications and tender documents.
