In the sheet, where 2D and 3D design is discussed in a holistic manner with a multidisciplinary approach, the data and visuals produced from the model are included.

For three consecutive years, we are pleased to have been nominated to the finals of Autodesk’s AEC Excellence Awards. In a year defined by hardships and change, Prota architects and engineers lead, change and continuously transform their design and proudly raise Prota’s name in such prestigious awards around the globe.
Prota’s Mersin Metro and Atakoy – Ikitelli Metro projects have been emerged from a field of 260 entries spanning 35 countries in “Infrastructure” category. Mersin metro project is the largest urban transport venture of Mersin, which is one of the fast-growing metropolitan cities of Turkey.
Last but not least, for the second consecutive year, Prota is nominated to the “Innovator of the Year” award among 35 nominees. This category recognizes AEC practitioners driving digital transformation to re-imagine the design and construction practice.
An independent panel of judges selected finalists in three categories – Building Design, Construction, and Infrastructure – including small, medium, and large-sized projects, demonstrating that innovation happens at every scale, in every corner of the world.

Kabatas – Mahmutbey metro line, Istanbul was the first BIM-mandated project tendered by the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality. Prota was nominated to the final stage of Autodesk’s Global AEC Excellence Awards 2017, being shortlisted from project among 32 countries and 145 participants in the Infrastructure category.

Consultancy services for the feasibility studies for retrofitting of selected 369 residential buildings in Bakirkoy, istanbul (Turkiye Marmara Emergency Reconstruction Project) has been carried out together with BECA International, New Zealand.
Prota and Beca teams carried out the current status determination, assessment, social impact analyses, existing building’s structural analysis, soil investigation, testing of concrete and reinforcement samples, development and reporting of reinforcement suggestions of 369 selected buildings in the Bakirkoy district of Istanbul.
This project was awarded a silver award by the New Zealand Association of Consulting Engineers in 2008.
